What You’ll Be Doing

​

As a Graphic Designer, you’ll be the creative brain behind visuals that power our clients’ brands:

​

• Content Design: Create graphics for social media platforms that make people stop scrolling.

• Campaigns: Work alongside the social and strategy teams to create culture-native campaigns.

• Memes & GIFs: Turn complex crypto narratives into simple, funny, and viral-worthy visuals.

• Brand Identity: Help clients shape their brand look and feel, from event banners to pitch decks.

• Quick Turnaround Magic: Moves designs that match the pace without compromising quality.

• Crypto-Native: You understand CT memes, L1 vs L2 jokes, and why “Wen airdrop?” is a vibe.

• Wizard: You can whip up static posts, carousels, GIFs, reels, and campaigns that feel on-trend.

• Fast & Flexible: Deadlines don’t scare you. You can handle projects without losing your style.

• Detail-Oriented: Fonts, alignment, colors, balance, composition — nothing slips past you.

• Tool Master: Comfortable with Adobe Suite, Figma, or whatever helps you ship quality fast.
